Whole food or real food is a natural food, especially an unprocessed one (such as a vegetable or fruit). Processed food is conversely unnatural food that is typically processed: water, fiber, minerals and vitamins are removed and other minerals or vitamins and other substances are added to make the food more physically appealing, last longer on the shelf or improve the taste. Typically processed foods taste better but are not as healthy as unprocessed foods. All processed foods are not the same. Please watch the following YouTube video which will highlight this fact.
