By now you would have gone through the Thinking For Health and Wellness Course. That course was designed to advocate for a shift in how we think about health and wellness by first addressing the concept of self or identity. You will be very intentional about what you eat and how you eat because you know who you are. In this course we will get into some of the practical details concerning healthy eating.
