Introduction

This course represents the natural progression from the “Thinking for Health and Wellness” course. Inevitably all that we do [downstream] is a natural consequence of everything that preceded it [up stream]. All the real work happens upstream. The body simply follows where the mind first goes. This course will just attempt to channel the flow of activity such that there is no wasted energy.

Course Objectives

  • The learner should be proactive in all things where his health and wellness are concerned
  • The learner should become aware of the benefits of living in community
  • The learner should know the benefits of having an active fun-filled, lifestyle
  • The learner should know the benefits of adequate sleep and rest
  • The learner should learn appropriate means of dealing with stress
